It was. One too many. Also ends up rocking out some thighs. Smoked them with apple wood in the kettle.

Marinated flank steak Carne Asada on the kamado with pico de gallo, peppers, avocado, pickled jalapenos and shredded cheese. Been many years since I've posted a pic here and I forget how but trust me it was good!

Tri-tip, homemade cilantro and green onion chimichurri with radiatore pasta salad. Slightly overcooked, but still came out delicious!

I often make fried rice, I have done it with baked beans (kinda Cassoulet) I am thinking a of just using it on-top of a nice salad

Try it with Tzatziki sauce, instead of the usual lamb. Duck Gyros.

Salad with tabouli, walnuts, cuke, fresh cherries, goat cheese. Dressing sour cream, mustard, honey and a bit of the brown sauce they give with the duck (soy/oyster?)
