Kinda-sorta. The insurance company will pay the victim's damages (up to the policy limits) but can, and will, deny paying his claim.I once read where if you have an accident while committing a crime your insurance doesn't pay. I should read my policy to see if it states that.
A bit tricky here. If it was "reckless" then yes - 60 in a 55, then no.So insurance wouldn't pay out anytime a driver was speeding?
