Fail. The car is way too slow, and Americans will never embrace diesel. Shit man, you throw in that it is a cheap feeling rice appliance, and the only people who will buy it do not matter.

How'd I do??

For real though though, impressive numbers!!!It is the kind of car that will hopefully help spark other technologies popularity in the US besides hybrids.

Euro Civic Interior is on par with the Golf by a few measures under.

I was very lucky to drive one of these with the 1.6. Very very nice,

Seriously, How much would the performance be hindered by US emissions standards if it were to cross the pond?

That's what you expect when you post an ugly as fuck civic on a german econobox forum.

This does not surprise me.

When I first bought my GTI, I drank the kool-aid and raved to everyone how the interior is so much better than what they had. Now I own a Dodge, and realize that it was not. Lots of cars are on par in terms of materials, fit and finish and tolerances. It really comes down to personal preference in terms of layout for interiors, save for a couple manufacturers who still suck on the inside.

dang thats a nice looking body.

Agreed, the only thing I think is awkward from this view is the fender lines arcing. I dig the grill though. Looks more mean. I like mean.

Hmmm, not something I would buy.

But that's a sweet car and what a lot of people should be driving. Nice looking, super efficient, nice to be in, affordable. Good work Honda :w00t:
