Yep, just looked at ingredients. Yeah every diet ive looked up stresses water intake before and after meals. Going lemon water for the first week too.Use just plain olive oil and make your own dressing or just choose those fat free dressings.
And remember, drink a lot of water.:thumbsup:

Balsamic w/ olive oil is awesome. We have an herb-infused EVOO that we mix with ~15yr aged balsamic for dressings... delicious!Balsamic with olive oil tastes better
