Hello,
I have the same type of car and I had the same problem.
I solved it using OBDeleven. After a while the problem reappeared.
The start/stop system is integrated into virtually all of the central control modules. The causes can be multiple - Power consumption is high, AC problem, etc.
I took the car to the dealership and it hasn't appeared since.

Not coming to US as far as I know!

Steering wheel buttons are fine, thankfully not the new touch capacitive ones
