Hi prix,

Yes I've sorted this thing out. Dealer replaced dark plastic cover of front door under warranty. I haven't have heard this cracks since than.

Hello, I think yes. It's a outside dark plastic covering pillar B on doors. It cracks when you push it. When it's getting warmer (especially on a sunny days) the plastic is somehow "working" and I can hear while driving (even on straights), single, not frequent cracks. I have to see dealer about this, but I don't have much time right now.
