they didnt run it against a 135, they ran it against a 130i

the 130i has 265 hp, 220lb ft of torque

which is a bit more than 10% hp and almost 30% less tq than the 135i

Plus the n/a motor compared to the TT just doesnt stack up

Not to mention the R32 got its a$$ handed to it by a few diesel cars too on that same track. Its not really a track where you can exploit a lot of HP by the look of it either. I am a far bigger VW/Audi fan than BMW as out of the 40+ cars I've owned in my life over have VW, Audi or Porsche. However this is one model from them I can't ignore.

To give you idea, several dealers already have deposits for 20 of these cars. My local dealer already had deposits for 10 a month ago. This car is going to truly be a force to be reckoned with. I wish VW had built something like this. A FWD performance car is flawed from the beginning for me. RWD or AWD is the way to go.

I bought a GTI, chipped it, I vomit hate towards R32s all day loooong, next thing is I will get a 135 and bug the hell out of M3 guys after I chip it. At the end of the day, I will always be the "Best Bang For The Money Guy" while the rest drive the REAL cars
