I have this odd noise when pressing the accelerator pedal... after a second this weird long beep or sound comes on then goes off when pedal is released.
Doesnt change as revs go up or down its like a constant motor / actuator noise?

I am looking to buy a 2013/14 MK7 GTD, for use as a work car so need the economy.
Question is do I go for DSG or manual? I do like an auto but so worried now having read about the DSG troubles....
