Do the Supero Pro bushing have to be pressed into the lower control arm or they just slide in easily?

I have a 2019 GTI stock cat back exhaust with 7000 miles on it. It is still in one piece and in great condition. I’m located in the San Fernando Valley but I drive down to San Diego for work and can possibly deliver it down there. I can cut it if you are not able to take it in one piece. Price...
