My GTI motor blew due to a broken spark plug tip. It’s making a weird knocking sound. I found a 2020 Tiguan engine with 23k miles for 2500. Will it fit in a 2017 GTI? It looks the same except for the HPFP.

i literally just replaced it after those failures thinking its low voltages. But it still makes the noise in the video and errors.

the codes were for misfire for each cylinder. And turbo wastegate voltage. Also for some reason I got a ton of alerts with the ignition on. It was saying rear camera failure, wiper failure, head unit failure, etc. I've never seen that before in my life. So odd....
