Maybe wait a few weeks and if they still have the car ask again. The whole car buying thing is a game of chicken. They probably saw that you liked the car and figured you'd cave before walking. If you are going to get your best deal it's usually a good idea to walk at least once

Look up ATS vs BMW 3 series everyone of them says the ATS has better handling. The camaro is based on the ATS platform and is a very good sports car. With a 4 cylinder I am sure it handles better than the V8 but yeah if it were me I’d go for the V8. Sick of listening to my angry lawnmower gti
Yeah an a3 is just a fancy golf. The solution for me in the past was a standard. I remember my wife insisting that she needed to know how to drive my car. The funny part is I tried to teach her 4 or 5 times and every time it was like it was the first.

One nice thing about the AWD is that it's a rear bias so it's putting most of the power to the rear wheels so you don't feel like you are being pulled around like a toy on a string.
