What people are saying is that making abortion illegal doesn't stop abortion. The rate of abortion was higher when it was illegal. What people are saying is that they support women's choice to have an abortion prior to brain activity, in a safe and legal way, and that the proper way to reduce abortion is with sex education and access to birth control.
